Delicious food, coffees and great friendly service. The team are very efficient and always fantastic.
They have a wide variety of options to cater to all dietry requirements and just a massive range of excellent meals, snacks, coffees, shakes, you name it!
Drive through is honeslty a life saving, fantastic service for that commute to and from work. Or to just not have to get all the kids out of the car, which can be an absolute mission!
It can get a little busy during peak times, but the staff are always extremely efficient at getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Never had to wait too long or have an incorrect order.

Came to get my morning coffee, the young girl at the first window seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I said I was paying with a gift card and she rolled her eyes at me, still giving 3 stars as the lady at the second window was amazing asked how my day was and everything. Girl at first window needs to learn some customer service skills! 7:30am

I love to dine in but everytime im there I get swamped by flies. Why don't you spray the place at closing? I get there pretty early and there is no way the flies came in then. Everything else is great.

The bitter taste of off chicken and the dry bread warmed up and the bad smell of rotten cheese oil ruined my day.

Consistency is key. There are other zaraffas that do really well. I think it's just the staff at this moment. Only reason I'm writing this is because I got a tall latte which was half full! Can do better
